Who do you sell to?
We sell to both businesses and Personal Consumers. The Price shown on the website is the same for all customers.
Why are many items sold as a Carton or a box?
The following items are sold as Cartons or Boxes to keep the prices low. We do not split them.
- Cigarettes
- Rolling Papers , Rolling Filters, Blunts
- Lighters - Bic, Clipper
What are the shipping charges?
Its a flat $15.00 + GST Australia Wide freight charge regardless of what you purchase. We will only use carriers we believe we can track the shipment with.
When Will I receive my Order?
All orders will be shipped out within 5 - 7 business working days.
Are there any discounts for Larger Quantities?
No. The prices offered on our website are the lowest we can offer currently.
Are your products Genuine?
Yes all our products are compliant with Australian Regulations. We do not sell any tobacco product that is not already plain packaged. In many instances many of the products are also imported by us - hence the low prices.
WHY DONT YOU CARRY ALL BRANDS OF CIGARETTES AND TOBACCO?
We only carry brands we believe offer good value for Money. We hope that you will find many of our products not only value for money but of superior quality.
How do I Pay?
We only accept payment via bank transfer. Kindly email a receipt of confirmation of payment to info@thetobacconist.com.au so that we can despatch your order.
We also accept Paypal.
