Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

For health and Hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns on many of our products. Each item is duly examined prior to dispatch by our experienced staff for quality control or any signs of damage. We shall also not be able to entertain any change of mind regarding your order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

Out of Stock items

All products on our website are inventory controlled.  We have made every effort to ensure that our system does not accept any order above the stock level held by us.  In case of any error, if any ordered product is out of stock , you will be notified by email. Your credit card will be duly refunded for the said amount.
